Guidelines

All activities involving more than one person have the need for some guidelines. As we didn't want to reinvent the wheel we took the proven and successful guidelines of the Jakarta project as a starting-point, there are however some significant changes with regard to decision making.

We are aware that many of the guidelines are too heavy for the current size of Cheiron, but it's better to have them in place when you need them eventually. The detailed guidelines are listed below:
