Issue tracking

We take bugs very seriously. To help us to quickly fix the bug, be sure to include as much information with your report as possible such as stack traces, platform, version numbers, code snippets, error logs, configuration, etc. Please take note of the remarks below before entering issues in JIRA, our issue tracking system:

• JIRA uses COOKIES for login authentication, so make sure your browser supports them, and you have them enabled;
• report security vulnerabilities with the Security Level field set to Security risk or report via email to security @ merangar . com;
• do not submit a problem report without searching the existing ones first to ensure that the issue you are reporting has not already been addressed;
• do not send configuration questions or requests for help debugging your installation, locate the appropriate users support mailing list instead.

You can also report your bug or feature request to the appropriate users support mailing list in which case one of the developers will enter your issue (if relevant) in our issue tracking system.
