Upgraded start scripts are installed in the bin directory under the name 'seven-new' and 'seven-new.bat'. Because it is common that deployers have modified the start scripts, and the possibility of the OS having a lock on the start script, the upgrader can't overwrite these scripts automatically. The updates to the start scripts can be merged into the current start scripts, or the current ones can be replaced by the new start scripts.
